Abstract

Research aims to: 1. constructing measure of Leadership Empowerment for scouting education teachers in colleges and departments of physical education at the University of Mosul, from the students point of view . 2. Identify the degree of Leadership Empowerment and dimension for the scouting education teachers in colleges and departments of physical education at the University of Mosul, from the point of view of the students. To achieve the goals of the research, the researchers used descriptive approach in survey style , the sample consisted of (286) female and male students , (193) of them from the College of Physical Education and (67) female and male students from the College of Basic Education Department of Physical Education and (26) female student of College of Education Girls Department of Physical Education. Leadership Empowerment Scale was constructed on a sample of (177) female and male students, data has been processed statistically significant by using the mean, standard deviation and percentage and t-test for two independent samples and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The researchers concluded the following: 1. validity measure of Leadership Empowerment to scouting education teachers in colleges and departments of physical education of at the University of Mosul. 2. the scouting education teachers in colleges and departments of physical education have a high degree in Leadership Empowerment and dimension.
