Abstract
We report a retrospective analysis of 20 cases of Kaposi's sarcoma in AIDS presenting without cutaneous involvement at diagnosis. This complication occurs in advanced stages of HIV infection, with low CD4+ T cell counts. The most frequent localizations are gastrointestinal and respiratory. Response to therapy is poor.
