Abstract
The evolutions of the overhead grid are shown through tables and a map. They also lay out the reorganization of the Soviet sky according to 3 dynamics : many remaining connections between Russia and the ex-Soviet republics ; the set up of connections with neighbouring regions (beyond the Community of Independent States) ; and the creation of a worldwide network. All of these dynamics reveal the economical and political ambition of these new independent states.
