Abstract
The object of this paper is to propose, by the combination of methodological approaches from Human and Social Sciences and Engineering Sciences, a modeling and simulation methodology allowing the design of Information Systems and '' Decision support for hospital systems but also the orientation of the behavior of hospital actors in the context of change management. This modeling methodology is applied by all the members of the modeling workshop of the Nouvel Hôpital Estaing as part of the reingenering of hospital processes at the Clermont Ferrand CHU.
