Abstract

In the Tizi n'Tichka area, the Late Ordovician sedimentation is characterized by two depositional sequences of glacio-eustatic origin: S1 and S2. Two other post-glacial sequences are proposed for the Lower Silurian deposits: at the Llandovery (S3) and at the Sheinwoodian (S4) ages. Their sea-level change curve is compared with curves from other continents.
