Abstract
According to the concept, composition and characteristics of bus rapid transit (BRT), the authors analyzed the functional orientation of BRT in the Chinese city's comprehensive transportation system, layout planning of BRT network in the urban traffic network, introducing a bi-level programming model to optimize the layout planning design of the BRT network and the evaluation index of the layout planning of BRT network.
