Abstract
Abstract LATROBE CLW is an H-21 Type low-carbon, medium-tungsten, hot-work tool steel with good properties at elevated temperatures. It is used for difficult long-run, hot-work jobs where tools operate at a dull red heat. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness. It also includes information on high temperature performance as well as forming, heat treating, and machining. Filing Code: TS-101. Producer or source: Latrobe Steel Company.
