Abstract

In this paper, the models of temperature drift of a fiber-optic gyroscope are analyzed. The results of the study of fiber-optic gyroscope defects that manifest themselves when the ambient temperature changes are presented. It was found that the appearance of these defects worsens the efficiency of thermal compensation. According to the results of the study, a classification of these defects of the FOG is proposed, which allows to separate the inertial navigation systems created on their basis by accuracy classes.
