Gingival depigmentation is the treatment aiming to remove the melanin hyperpigmentation and it can be done by several techniques including mechanical, surgical, electrosurgical, cryosurgical, free gingival grafts, and lasers (Cicek and Ertas 2003, Hegde et al 2013, Chandna and Kedige 2015)
