Abstract
The use of the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (IBA Rules) or the Rules on the Efficient Conduct of Proceedings in International Arbitration (Prague Rules) is not a common practice in national arbitration. This essay is aimed to publicize its content and to explore the possibility of its use with the current Arbitration and Mediation Law (LAM) or if it is required to propose an amendment to the Law.
