Abstract

This article analyzes, on the one hand, the possibility of introducing social clauses in public procurement, taking into account the latest regulations reforms in this area (Directive 2014/24/ EU and draft Law 2015) and, on the other hand, the possibility of requiring a minimum wage in the execution of public contracts, based on some of the most relevant sentences.
