Abstract
In this work we described the life history and chaetotaxy of the last instar larva of Orphanostigma abruptalis Walker, F. of family Pyralidae. The physical dimensions of all the juvenile stages and the different views of cephalic region, thoracic and abdominal setal arrangement along with position of pores in the last instar larva is provided and studied for the first time.
