Abstract
In situ superconducting YBaCuO films were prepared by RF plasma flash evaporation. By using a shifted axis arrangement between the torch and the susbtrate holder, flat temperature distribution is attained and therefore films with godd morphology and crystallinity can be obtained over the whole area of the 80 cm 2 sample holder. Also the film thickness, composition, and T c show no difference between various positions
