Abstract
Objective: Several studies have demonstrated the improvement of dysmenorrhea and deep dyspareunia with ventrosuspension of the uterine fundus in cases of a retroverted or retroflexed uterus. The objective is to demonstrate a simple reproducible technique for laparoscopic uterine ventrosuspension or UPLIFT procedure for the management of dysmenorrhea and deep dyspareunia associated with retroverted retroflexed uterus or endometriosis with posterior cul de sac adhesions.
