Abstract
Objective: To compare carbon dioxide (CO2) and saline solution (NaCl) distension in diagnostic hysteroscopy with regards to patient discomfort and procedural time, in accordance with the instrument diameter. The secondary outcome was to evaluate the possible role of patient age and obstetrical history.
