Abstract

We describe the successful use of operative laparoscopy techniques in the treatment of a few congenital anomalies of the Müllerian genital tract. Four cases of utero‐vaginal agenesis, one case of agenesis of the cervix and upper part of the vagina, and one case of unicornuate uterus with cavitated non‐communicating rudimentary horn are reported. Besides the established role of operative hysteroscopy we support the use of operative laparoscopy in the treatment of particular Müllerian defects.
