Abstract
La histiocitosis de las celulas de Langerhans (HCL) es una proliferacion neoplasica de dichas celulas que tiene lugar preferentemente en ninos y adultos jovenes. Su localizacion en el area genital como forma local o como parte de una enfermedad sistemica es rara. En este trabajo presentamos un caso de HCL en una mujer de 36 anos de edad que aparecio inicialmente como una lesion vulvar con sintomas previos de diabetes insipida, y que se desarrollo en forma de complicaciones sistemicas.
