Abstract

Abstract Stationary solutions of the Landau-Vlasov equation for the semiclassical distribution function of Fermi particles in the nuclear volume are found for isoscalar density excitations. It is shown that the solutions derived are superpositions of Landau zero-sound plane waves and do not satisfy the boundary conditions of quasi-particle mirror reflection at the nucleus' edge.
