Abstract
This study represents an attempt to understand the effect of magnetic field on the laminar source flow between infinite porous disks with uniform fluid suction or injection. Solution in the form of an infinite series expansion about the solution at infinite radius has been obtained. Expressions for the velocity, pressure-induced magnetic field, and shear stress are presented and the effect of the cross flow and magnetic field strength is discussed.
