Abstract

This video shows a refractive laser surgery complication with IntraLase FS 60 femtosecond laser. After performing surgery without complications in the first eye, surgery begins in the second eye. Note that, in both procedures, disposable sterile field was not used to help keep the eyelids open and separate the lashes of the surgical field. By positioning the suction ring and the femtosecond laser dock during the second eye surgery, the upper eyelid was cutting deeply. At this time, the patient convulses. In the sequence, the resolution of the case is shown.
