In modern conditions migration of population plays an important role in the development of a country, a region or a settlement and is a consequence of social and economic changes. Визначено пріоритети державної політики України щодо врегулювання трудової міграції на законодавчому рівні та запропоновано цілий ряд заходів захисту прав трудових мігрантів, легалізацію їх працевлаштування, розробку спеціальних програм стимулювання самозайнятості тих мігрантів, які повернулись додому.
