Abstract

The article contains the proposals for improving the current legislation in the field of migration, aimed at eliminating corruption factors. The author demonstrates that the lack of proper control over the work of multifunctional migration centers in Moscow and the Moscow Region is noted not only by lawyers who assist migrants in obtaining and replacing a patent, but also by almost 90% of the respondents (hereinafter - 162 foreign citizens and 129 organization representatives). This, as shown in the article, requires certain measures on the part of the relevant state structures, since the protection of the national labor market is one of the main goals of the state policy in the field of migration.
