Abstract

The living cell imaging technique can observe the internal structure and physiological processes of living cells in real time or a period of time, which can provide more reliable information compared with the fixed cell imaging method. Most of the existing techniques for living cell imaging are based on fluorescence imaging technology, which through increasing brightness of the fluorescent groups to reduce cytotoxicity and obtain high signal to noise ratio of the image. These kinds of methods will cause certain influence on the activity of the cells. The improvement of modern physical technology makes label-free imaging method for living cell detection become possible.
