Abstract
El presente artículo repasa las cuestiones generales relacionadas con recusación de árbitros como derecho fundamental y ofrece una recopilación de decisiones sobre recusación emitidas por tres instituciones arbitrales de alcance global, que permiten concluir que uno de los errores cometidos por las partes recusantes es aplicar el estándar subjetivo a la recusación.
