Abstract
La Realidad de Salud es un componente importante de la Realidad Nacional, por lo tanto, no puede ser analizada en forma independiente. La realidad nacional conceptualizada como el conjunto de problemas, recursos materiales y espirituales con que cuenta una nación para satisfacer sus necesidades individuales y colectivos, está influenciada por una serie de factores físicos, políticos, económicos y sociales; factores, que a su vez están incidiendo en la realidad de salud.
