Abstract
After acknowledging the author’s appropriateness to be part of the roster of writers whose works have been traditionally classified as jocular and/or satirical, we have studied one of his short plays in which both of those stylistic as well as generic characteristics inherited from the short theatrical performance (entremes) of the Spanish Golden Age can be appreciated.
