Abstract
Este artículo examina el potencial de la Indagación Apreciativa (IA) para catalizar el cambio sistémico en la época del Antropoceno. Centrándome en las premisas y principios originales de la IA, analizo cómo los profesionales del desarrollo organizacional y los agentes de cambio pueden emplear el poder transformador de la IA, en las dimensiones del ser, el conocer y el hacer, para facilitar la acción colaborativa que busca promover el florecimiento humano en un planeta saludable y regenerativo.
