Abstract
The global healthcare sector, deeply impacted by covid 19, faced unprecedented challenges in resilience and organisational complexity. Resilience in organisations where health and human services combined are served, especially in the disability sector, has often been less visible than that of healthcare professionals. This article explores the post-covid reconstruction of one such organisation, aiming to co-create an inspiring shared vision for a post-pandemic future.
