espanolEste texto plantea una revision a la historiografia del arte del Pais Vasco de los anos 1950-1975 desde una perspectiva feminista. Siempre en relacion a los cambios sociopoliticos que vivio el territorio a lo largo de la segunda mitad del siglo XX, el articulo estudia cuando, desde donde y bajo que premisas se escribio y legitimo la narracion historica que ha llegado hasta la actualidad. Tal revision ayuda a plantear algunas de las razones por las que al parecer no hubo mujeres artistas en el periodo indicado, es decir, las razones que motivaron la exclusion de las artistas en el discurso historico, asi como las consecuencias que ha acarreado la naturalizacion del relato EnglishThis essay investigates the historiography of the Basque Country’s art between 1950-1975 from a feminist perspective. The text studies when, from where and under what premises the historical narrative was written and legitimized, understanding that it was always a process in relation to the social and political changes that the territory underwent throughout the second half of the 20th century. In this way, such a review helps to raise some of the reasons why there were apparently no female artists in the indicated period, that is, the reasons that motivated the exclusion of these artists in historical discourse. Finally, it also reflects on the consequences of the naturalization of this story
