Abstract
This study deals with the Small War in Prussia after the defeat of 1807 : at first the tactical concept of the Small War in the XVIIIth Century Prussia in the wars of 1813-1815 ; then the concepts of “popular war” in the era of reforms and, thirdly, the elements of new forms of military organization intended for the implementation of the Liberation War, spring, 1813.
