Abstract

This paper is a continuation of the one named “Pedagogical reflection based on Jesus parables. A research proposal”, published in this journal in 2017. It describes the methodology used in the study “And he spoke many things unto them in parables: A pedagogical resource for teacher training”. The importance of the phenomenological-hermeneutic methodology proposed by Max Van Manen and the possibility to do research from the narrative to encourage academics’ pedagogical reflection are proposed. Finally, emphasis is put on the use of data and the way the analysis of results was conducted in this study, focusing on pedagogical reflection in academics based on the parables of Master Jesus.
