Abstract
When making a study of the History of Cuba, we find that the teaching of Law has been present in the different educational centers of a university nature. When we talk about the process of formation of jurists, we start from the criterion that is structured around the question of what function they should fulfill in society. A question that undoubtedly makes us reflect on the functionality of these and their determining role.
