Abstract
En 1529 el pintor António de Holanda realizó varios trabajos pictóricos para el emperador Carlos V e Isabel de Portugal, entre ellos un retrato de la emperatriz con su heredero, el príncipe Felipe, en brazos, a la manera de la Virgen con el Niño. Este trabajo presenta una pintura que podría ser la versión más cercana a dicho retrato original, que se considera perdido.
