Abstract
Abstract. In this article, the author explores the notion of duality in Greek and African cosmogonies and cosmologies, highlighting its importance in the functioning of the universe. Duality is presented as a fundamental principle of existence, combining unity and separation, opposition and separation, unity and diversity. The analysis sheds light on the central role of duality, whether spatial or sexualized, in these cultural traditions. This reflection emphasizes that duality is an essential constant in understanding the universe and our own existence.
