Abstract
In the present work we will analyze the political options of the section La Matanza of the Metallurgic Worker Unión, understanding them in a process of anti-modernist formation, from the coup d'état against the Peronist government in 1955, to the metallurgical strikes of 1974 in La Matanza factories . The purpose is to investigate the disputes between different union identities in the metallurgical sector, and analyze them in a process of several years that will allow us to present diverse hegemonic strategies in diverse political contexts.
