Abstract

The objective of the research is to propose a training plan that contributes to the gamification of the Language and Literature subject of the second year of basic general education of the Vicente León educational unit. The research problem revolved around the scientific problem: How to contribute to the gamification of the Language and Literature subject inthird grade of the Vicente León educational unit? For this purpose, a methodological journey was carried out that consisted of applied research, with a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach and empirical methods were used for data collection with the survey as an instrument based on four dimensions and eight indicators. The results reflect the significant lack of theoretical and practical knowledge. Through a correlation matrix, a direct and positive relationship is established between the study dimensions and the need to create a training and continuous support plan is emphasized as a means to reduce the gap between theory and practice and encourage the effective integration of gamification in language and literature classes.
