Abstract

In view of the time-delay phenomena in the network, a new method for describing the input vectors of filters is proposed, considering the randomness of the observed outputs and using Bernoulli sequence to describe them. By constructing Lyapunov-Krasovskii function and analyzing it with infinitesimal operator, a criterion to ensure the mean square asymptotic stability of the filtering error system and satisfy the given L1 performance is obtained. The validity of the designed filter is verified by numerical simulation.
