Abstract
1968-1988 : the changing university. There has been a tremendous progression of higher education provision since 1960. The binar system, achieved in the course of the XlXth century with a strong hierarchy has been maintained until now with its original structures and aims. And yet thanks to its diversity it managed to meet the increasing social demand.
