L-Methionine-Zr complex supported on magnetic ZnFe2O4 as a novel, green, and efficient heterogeneous magnetic nanocatalyst for the synthesis of 1H-tetrazole and polyhydroquinoline derivatives

Abstract

A novel, efficient and recoverable heterogeneous nanocatalyst for green chemistry was designed. ZnFe2O4@SiO2@l-methionine-Zr MNPs were prepared in a short, simple way. The synthesized catalyst was assessed for the synthesis of tetrazole and polyhydroquinoline derivatives.
