Abstract

Abstract Kubota Alloy HL is an austenitic Fe-Cr-Ni heat-resistant stainless steel casting with similar properties to those of HK 40. The higher chromium in the alloy confers better resistance to scaling by oxidizing and sulfur-bearing gases, while also increasing, the resistance to carburization. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, and tensile properties as well as creep. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as casting, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-1058. Producer or source: Kubota Metal Corporation, Fahramet Division.
