Abstract
Critical Catalogue of the Types of the Fish Collection of the Zoological Museum of Berlin. Part 7: Pimelodidae (Siluriformes)This paper is the seventh part of the catalogue of the fish types stored at the Zoological Museum (now: Institut für systematische Zoologie) of the Humboldt‐University of Berlin. It includes a brief summary of the type specimens of 24 species of the Neotropical catfish family Pimelodidae stored in the museum, together with a few taxonomical aspects of the included taxa.
