Abstract

Hadhanah is a pattern of parenting children after a divorce occurs. The research method is qualitative with a literature study approach. Data collection techniques using documentation studies. Data processing techniques with data reduction and presentation. Data validity technique using source triangulation. The research results show: (1) hadhanah is child custody that occurs after a divorce where custody is resolved contractually for children who are not yet able to take care of themselves. (2) hadhanah after divorce is a pattern of parenting carried out by parents after obtaining custody rights from the divorce process. Parenting is carried out in accordance with religious rules and also the results of peace agreements.
