Abstract

When the world of education is faced with the existence of the modern era, one of the major challenges that threaten the sustainability of the world of education today is the penchant of educators who still like to use conventional methods in teaching in the classroom. Therefore, this study seeks to elaborate on the concept of golden education in Finland according to Pasi Sahlberg and its application in PAI learning in Indonesian elementary schools. This research was studied using a literature method approach with data obtained based on sources and literature that did not have to be obtained in the field. The results of this study found that there are three big thoughts of Pasi Sahlberg, namely the learning teacher paradigm, the human teacher paradigm, and the creative teacher paradigm that must be instilled and grown in an educator completely
