Abstract

Communication is one important element in ensuring the success of an activity in the library. One type of communication that must be owned by everyone, especially librarians is persuasive communication. This communication is meant to influence people's choices. It is not only applied in the library but also implemented outside the library that is in the community environment. By conducting persuasive communication within the library, librarians are able to persuade or invite users to find solutions to their problems by utilizing library services. Meanwhile, in the midst of society, they must be able to influence the surrounding community to use the right information to solve the problems faced in their life.
