Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal terjalin dalam proses pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Cibaduyut Kidul Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif juga bersifat deskriptif, Dengan Teknik dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan juga wawancara kepada narasumber perangkat intasnsi di Kelurahan Cibaduyut Kidul dan didukung oleh studi literatur. Hasil yang didapat peneliti membuktikan bahwa proses komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil diterapkan di instansi tersebut, memang namun adakalanya miskomunikasi tetap terjadi meskipun telah ada sistem informasi yang canggih yakni portal SIPAKU dan juga media eletronik sebagai perantara dalam pertukaran informasi Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine how interpersonal communication is established in the process of implementing public services in Cibaduyut Kidul Village, Bandung City. The research method is applying a qualitative also descriptive approach, with techniques in data collection using observation and also interviews with resource of information in Cibaduyut Kidul Village and supported by literature studies. The results obtained by the researchers prove that the interpersonal communication process that occurs can be said to be quite successfully applied in these agencies, indeed, but sometimes miscommunication still occurs even though there is a sophisticated information system, namely the SIPAKU portal and also electronic media as an intermediary in the exchange of information.
