Abstract

The birth and all activity of the Pioneer organization is connected inseparably with the Party and the Komsomol. The Pioneer organization was created under the immediate guidance of the Party's Central Committee. At the initiative of the CC RCP (b), the Central Committee of the Komsomol in December, 1921 discussed the question of drawing children into the communist movement.
