Abstract
Bericht uber eine zervikale Myelographie, die im Jahr 2000 mittels C1-C2-Lateralpunktion durchgefuhrt wurde. Dabei kam es zu einer intramedullaren Kontrastmittelinjektion. Die Patientin verspurte heftigste Schmerzen im Kopf und im linken Arm, der passager gelahmt war. Zuruck blieben eine Beruhrungsuberempfindlichkeit im Bereich C2 und C3, wahrend in C4–C6 eine dissoziierte Sensibilitatsstorung mit schmerzhaften Missempfindungen bestand. Es kam zu einem Rechtsstreit. Die beklagten Arzte und das Krankenhaus wurden zur Zahlung von Schmerzensgeld in Hohe von 45 000 Euro und Schadensersatz verurteilt.
