Abstract Kobelco Alloy KLF 194 has high strength and high conductivity for electronic applications. The alloy is nominally Cu-2.2Fe-0.03P-0.5Zn. KLF 194 is produced differently and has slightly different properties than C194. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and bend strength. It also includes information on forming and heat treating.
