Abstract

ASEAN has become China's first trade partner, cross-border export of e-commerce accounted for foreign trade from 10.6% in 2013 to 29.3% in 2019; the previous academic community used Citespace to conduct e-commerce research knowledge mapping analysis, the first hotspot is cross-border e-commerce in 3941 papers appeared in the frequency of 73%, centrality is 0.27; therefore, the use of Citespace's knowledge mapping analysis of cross-border e-commerce in China and ASEAN is even more necessary. The analysis reveals that the top three research hotspots are Belt and Road Strategy, Trade Facilitation and Transformation and Upgrading, while the top three research frontiers are Belt and Road Strategy, Cross-border Payment and Settlement and Trading Platform, with a Q-value of 0.8417, representing a good clustering effect of co-word networks. The Mean Silhouette value of 0.6149 is greater than 0.5, which indicates that the clustering result is not only reasonable but also efficient; comparing the academic and industrial hotspots and frontiers, the difference between the two is that the academic emphasizes on macro policy implementation research, while the industrial emphasizes on business plan development.
