George H. Stevens is a Principal of Providence Management Group. He specializes in helping clients design and build the organizational and process capabilities necessary to implement strategic business plans. He brings 18 years of consulting and management experience to clients. He has successfully led enterprise KM system development, process re-engineering, operational strategy, human capital strategy, and integrated e-learning engagements for clients in wide range of industries, from e-business to defense. His clients include Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland, Accenture, Catholic Healthcare West, and the National Science Foundation. He is a frequent contributor to the field, having authored 3 texts and more than 60 articles in a variety of professional journals. Prior, he was a Principal of the IBM Consulting Group, where he led large-scale strategic business transformation initiatives for financial services and telecommunications clients. He was also with both Deloitte & Touche and Price Waterhouse, where he led strategic, turnaround, reorganization, and operational improvement initiatives. Clients include Chase, Bank of Montreal, Chemical Bank, Bank of New England, LTV, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida and New Jersey, Viacom, and ATT Network Services.
